Matariki Paewhenua (Ngā Puhi, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāi Tahu) works at the OHA Honey extraction plant in Masterton. She started working at the plant as a casual and then progressed her way up to second in charge where she helps to oversee the operations at the plant and trains and looks after new staff.  Matariki is passionate about the honey industry and is hoping to grow more in the business.
